SSH Building and Facility Services, LLC, the facility services affiliate of SSH Real Estate, has announced the acquisition of K2B Enterprises, LLC (K2B) a 25-person, full-service commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) company serving the tri-state region for over 25 years.

The K2B brand will join the SSH Facilities division and a combined team of 50 technicians will provide best-in-class commercial HVAC and building maintenance services to SSH’s clients. The K2B acquisition adds full-service HVAC preventative maintenance, repair and replacement services to SSH’s existing suite of comprehensive interior and exterior building services. SSH’s diverse range of building service offerings include electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry and asphalt repairs. Additionally, SSH’s fleet of bucket trucks, scissor lifts, power washing trucks and other purpose-built equipment provides clients an all-encompassing solution to their property maintenance and HVAC requirements.

SSH Facilities is the branded affiliate of SSH Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate company with offices in Philadelphia and West Chester, Pennsylvania. SSH has over 100 employees providing building and real estate services across a geographic region that includes Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.

All K2B employees have been retained by SSH, and SSH continues to explore additional organic growth and acquisition opportunities to extend their capabilities and geographic service areas in the Facilities division. The K2B acquisition is the second acquisition by SSH in as many years.
